What did you do Halloween night?

I went and saw Paranormal Activity. At first it starts off slow, but when it starts getting to the good stuff.
O_O  Scared the shit out of me.
Seriously, it's been a long time since I screamed in a movie theater. Matter of fact, I don't think I ever screamed at a scary movie. Sure I jumped at certain parts, but I never screamed.
I mean this movie was so scary, two girls started to leave before the movie was even over because it gets really fucking freaky towards the end.
Then when we left the movie theater, there was a girl crying outside because it scared her that bad.
I didn't cry of course, I may have slept with a nightlight but that's not the point.
It's just  been a while since i've been scared like that. Since Blair Witch, actually, which I saw as a litle kid. XD I actually was scared of Blair Witch for a long time afer that.
But this movie had me checking around corners and turning on the lights before I went in the kitchen and hallway. Let me not forget that I thought My Naruto doll was moving by itself. <_<.
Anyway, if you like scary movies, I highly recommend this one. It's not blood and gore, but not every scary movie needs that to be a good horror movie.
Although it scared me, funny thing is I want to see it again, but my older sister refuses to go see it with me.
Not because of money because it was just that creepy .

OMG, I wanted to see this movie, but I'm already half-schizo as it is....I'll probably scar bring my younger sister, so I won't be alone in the shaking and crying afterward. XD Seriously, I must be a closet masochist to want to see this movie at all.

OMG, this. People like to say that Blair Witch wasn't scary, but I think they're just too jaded over special effects and things that jump out at you covered in gore. That movies lets your torture yourself with your own fears. *nods*

ROTFLMAO. We've all been there, bb. :P

XD. I scarred my older sister. First I took her to a haunted house then to see the movie. She hasn't been right since. She thought she saw shadows on her wall and heard someting moving by her door.
Now my younger sister wants to go and I might just have to take her because 'God help me' I want to see it again.

Blair Witch was scary to me and still is. I like gore but a movie doesn't need it or special effects to be scary. That movie really does pray on your deepest fears. I'm not going to say which ones I don't want to spoil it for you. But, hell I think you'll enjoy it.

I seriously thought he(Naruto) was turning around and looking at me. O_O

Glad you liked the movie. I thought it was pretty awesome too. It shows that movies don't HAVE to have crazy amounts of blood and gore to be scary. I also slept with a light on the night I watched it! lol

It was a great movie. It was so simple but still really scary. I like my blood and gore sometimes, but you don't need it to make a good movie.

You slept with the light on, too. I couldn't fall asleep with darkness everywhere. I would've started seeing things. XD

Lol, I still can't watch Blair Witch alone, so I'm sure as hell NOT gonna watch Paranormal Activity if it makes people scared of sleeping without a light on. I would probably be scared for life, lol xD

If you can't watch Blair Witch then Paranormal Activity is not for you.

I've scarred my sister though. XD

The theatrical version was much better than the original festival one lol and it, too freaked me out. And I grew up on horror movies.

I jumped once, but the movie lately that made me shreik was [Rec]. It's the movie Quarentine was based on. Its freaking good! lol I love good horror movies (hell, I love bad horror movies, too).

I went with my dad, who is like Mr. Macho (and I dont mean that sarcastically lol nothing scares the man) and he was like, "It's not that scary.." I looked at him, grumbled, and went "Shut up, dad. It was too!" Then again, he had me watching them when I was like five lol

I love Paranomal Activity, despite the fact it creeped the hell out of me.

I heard Quarantine was based off another movie.

Quarantine also scared me and I love that movie. Is the orignial any better?

I love Horror movies also. The bad ones are good for laughs.

The original is SO SOOOSOSOSO much better lol less jumpy, more action. [REC] is the original. It's a spanish movie so remember to switch the dubbing on lol for fun, I had the dubbing and the subtitles on. Its fun to see how they dont match ahaha.

And yes, bad ones are good for laughs! I have plenty of them at hom waiting to be watched and laughed at lol

and by jumpy I mean the camera jumping lol Quarentine reminded me of Cloverfield and I hated Cloverfield. Hell I would rather watch CLEAVAGEFIELD lol And yes, that movie does exist.
