My working theory is that God had to pop the cage to let Michael out, so Lucifer would have escaped as well. Whether he's still in Sam's meat or off licking his wounds somewhere else is another question.

I see Lisa as this girl Dean thinks about because she has a life he can picture himself in, and that's fine, but it isn't real. Dean saved Lisa's son's life so obviously she feels indebted to him and wants to take him in and help him. Whether it turns into romance remains to be seen, but I hope it doesn't. Dean is too broken for that shit.
