Journey into Anime: 50th post YAY!

I  just feel like tracking my journey through anime.

The first anime I remember is Speed Racer. I know I was really really young when I wacthed this but somehow I do remember watching it.

Then I remeber watching Sailor Moon. I hated that chick who was Mars. She was such a bitch. Always picking on Serena.

Anway then I got into Tenchi Muyo. OMG. I still love that show. Tenchi Universe was (I mean is) one of my favorites.

Then there was I think Dragon Ball Z. I became so obsessed with that show. Goku is the effing best.

Then there was this one called Outlaw Star or something. I don't remember but it was a great anime. It's been a very long time since I seen it. I guess it's time for me to track it down again.

The next one was Inuyasha. I'm in love with Sesshomaru. He is so freaking hot. The first time I saw Inuyasha pinned to the tree, I thought he was a girl. XD

Have they finished. all I remembered is that it stopped at a certain spot. And I've never seen it continue. I heard it just stopped and that really upsets me. I liked Kagome in the beginning, but she then became annoying. Miroku is such a pervert, but I love him anyway. Who cares about Sango? She bores me.

I also love Inuyasha, but Sesshomaru is my favorite.

Then I got into Naruto. 

I CANNOT EVEN EXPRESS HOW OBSESSED I AM IN WITH THIS ANIME. IT IS THE FREAKING BEST ANIME IN THE WORLD. I AM SERIOUSLY WAITING ON THE SHIPPUDEN EPISODES TO CONTINUE BUT I MIGHT AS WELL WATCH IT ON THE COMPUTER. NARUTO, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. I CRIED WHEN YOU AND SASUKE FOUGHT. SASUKE I  DID LOVE YOU BuT YOU SUCK NOW. NEJI IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING I HAVE EVER SEEN EVEN THOUGH HE IS A CARTOON. I STILL FIND HIM EXTREMELY SEXY. SAKURA I NEVER LIKED YOU. YOU ALWAYS SUCKED. BUT I HEAR YOU HAVE BECOME AWESOME NOW SO I MAY CHANGE MY MIND, BUT I WILL ALWAYS FIND YOU INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. I PRETTY MUCH SHIP NARUTO WITH EVERYBODY EXCEPT SAKURA WHO SUCKS. NARUTO IS SO EASY TO FALL IN LOVE WITH. 
 
Okay, I'm done fangirling. then I got into Bleach which is also very awesome. Dude who voices Ichigo. Guh. That voice is so sexy.
I love Bleach almost as much as Naruto. Rukia is awesome. Can I just say Renchi and Byakuya are so... just  Guh. I can't even describe them.
I am way behind on the episodes. I have missed alot. I do not have a DVR. So, I have to stay up and watch it most nights. Maybe I'll try to find it online.

Let me not forget Death Note. OMG. One of the better animes I've seen in a long time. Everything was just exciting and heart-stopping. The mental game between Light and L. Just WOW. Also a favorite.
Anyway, there is DN Angel, Loveless, Ghost Stories, Negima, Gakuen Heaven, etc.

Blah, blah, blah. I just wanted to map out the differnt anime that I have become obsessed with over time.

Everything on you list is exactly how I've watched anime (well, except Speed Racer :P). I did get really into Naruto, but downloading was a bitch, so I've put watching episodes on the back burner. Since more people are watching it now, maybe I'll be able to get more speed.

I haven't watched Bleach, DN Angel, Ghost Stories, or Negima yet, but I'm getting there. :D

Have you watched one of my favorite (if not the favorite) anime called 巌窟王 (Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo). It's a really beautiful series, and there's a little bit of yaoi going on in the background. Because I live off that stuff, y'know?

Also, there's Wolf's Rain. I ♥ this series. It really grew on me.

Speed Racer was so long ago. I'm surprised I remember anything of it. I must've been really young when I watched it because I only remember bits and pieces.

They were showing Naruto on Cartoon Network, but they showed like the first part. But stopped right before the Shippuden part was supposed to begin. So, I have been waiting patiently for it to start again, but it has not happened. I guess I should track them down on the internet.

I have heard of Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo. If yaoi is in the background, I guess I should pay more attention to it. :D

OT: I love the movie the Count of Monte Cristo with James Caviezel. It's the newer version. Is it kind of like that?

I actually watched some of Wolf's Rain. It used to come on Cartoon Network. It was some real haunting shit. I never watched the rest of it though. I only saw a couple of episodes.

You should definitely watch Ghost Stories, especially the dubbed version, some real hilarious stuff.

Have you seen Death Note before?

Gankutsuou is very similar to the live action movie with Jim in it. Certain elements have been changed, but overall the storyline of the anime follows very closely to that movie.

I actually have Death Note on DVD, but I haven't watched the last few episodes. I don't know why! It's like I'm scared to see what might happen. 0_0 I'm making it my mission to watch the last few episodes, damn it! X|

I know it feels like your heart is about to beat out of your chest, and you just want to put it on pause because you're scared of what might happen next.

Now that I think about it, the yaoi in Gankutsuou is more like shounen-ai. Sometimes, shounen-ai is really good. The UST is AWESOME!
