No matter what happens. I love Cas and always will. I get what he's doing. He feels like he has no choice and for Dean, Sam, and Bobby to just turn their backs on him. It breaks my fucking heart.

It's either work with Crowley or let Raphael burn the world. What do you think he should've done? He didn't have a choice.

Dean says he should've asked for help. Dean, you've spent this entire season treating Cas like shit and not giving a crap about the heavenly civil war, and now, you care.

For Sam to even hint that Cas bought him back souless on purpose just pissed me off.

It's like saying, 'Let's just forget everything you've done for us. You're working with Crowley. We're going to kill you.'

Fuck you, Sam, Dean, and Bobby. You better help Cas and not hurt him, or I will never forgive you.

I'm just going to go lay in this corner and cry now.

P.S. Am I the only one who doesn't want a human Cas? Doesn't seem like he would be happy that way.

But, what got me was the accusations, leaving him in the holy ring of fire, angel-proofing the house like Cas would ever hurt them, and then threatening to kill him.

I'm really hurt by that episode, too. I'm still thinking about it, trying to figure out why Dean, Sam, and Bobby wouldn't listen to Cas. I feel so bad for Cas. I don't think I'll get over this for a while, unless they fix it, which they better in the next few episodes.

I don't. I just don't get their anger at all. Seriously. I don't see how what Cas has done is not only so wrong that it warrants trapping him and interrogating him but also killing him? Seriously, what the hell. He's trying to stop the fucking apocalypse jfc. Shit like that just makes me wish Cas would let the world burn, ugh.

I just do not fucking understand this at all.

As for human!Cas? If it's a choice between him being human or him being dead then I'll pick human. But even then I'd only want that if it's kind of forced upon him because I still can't buy him wanting to become human in canon. Especially now that the boys have turned against him. Which, okay, yeah, that would be super depressing... but eh.

But, Cas is trying to stop the apocalypse from happening by himself. Crowley stepped because he had the power to help him, and Cas felt like he had no choice.

The way they've treated Cas this season, just makes me feel like he deserves better than this.

It's one thing to be hurt because someones lied to you or kept secrets from you. But the way they reacted to that? It's so over the top to me that I feel like it isn't even a realistic reaction at all. 'Cause they're acting like what Cas has done has been for his own selfish interests and not to try and save the fucking world.

I just. I seriously don't get why they reacted so fiercely. It just makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever.

This is how I felt. How could Dean and the others treat him that way, after everything he's done for them. It makes absolute zero sense, and it hurts alot.

Expecially, since not too long ago, they were working with Crowley to stop the first Apocalypse. Cas is working with him to stop Apocalypse 2.0, so that Dean and Sam don't have to go through that the whole vessel thing again.

What a bunch of unappreciative assholes.

I don't know where the show is going with Dean and the others treating Cas like shit, but I really don't like it.

It seriously makes no sense to me. :\ I feel like I need to go back and re-watch the episode because... I mean, did they seriously trap Castiel because he lied to them about working with Crowley? Was that why they trapped him? Did I miss something? Did I forget something? Did they really ward themselves against him? Why? What did he do in the episode that would make them do that? I don't understand. Why would they do that? Do they think he would kill them or something? How? Why? I just... he left himself at the mercy of demons and put their safety before his own. Like he always has.

I just don't get this. :|

I need to re-watch it, too. I really think it had something to do with purgatory and opening the door.

But still, they could've done more to talk Cas out of that part of the plan and try to help him to defeat Raphael, but they're so focused on Crowley, when they shouldn't be.

Raphael's the bigger threat. Get rid of him and Cas has no reason to work with Crowley after that. Then they could focus on Crowley (Although, I kind of love him now.)

I re-watched a little of the scene again and even their argument about not opening up Purgatory because it's ~too terrible~ falls flat to me. Because for one thing Eve didn't slip through a crack onto Earth. She CHOSE to leave. And more importantly if she's the Mother of All wouldn't it stand to reason that she should be the most powerful monster as all monsters come from her? And as it didn't even take half a year for them to kill her... I'm just not seeing what's so terrible about this plan.

Because Castiel's been at war for what. Two years now? And he still hasn't found a way to kill Raphael. And even ignoring that the boys never found a way to kill Lucifer OR Michael. Which is what Castiel HAS to do to win the war. Raphael will not stop until he's DEAD.

I srsly just want Castiel to tell them all to fuck off and like chillax in the meta!universe and then Dean and Sam and Bobby can see how great it is fighting a war without resorting to "regrettable" actions or how well that goes.

Also I am highly against Human/Fallen!Cas. My reason for its cause I personally totally hated Future2014!Cas. Where as everyone else loved him. I was like NO. I like that Cas un human/other worldly! I like that he is not human, it gives him character! HE IS A SUPERNATURAL CREATURE PEOPLE FOR A REASON. Do you think people would have liked him if he was human in season 4? No. >> Lol I could rant to you for ever about how I am against human/fallen!cas. >>

I had to think about it for a while, and I realized I do not want Human!Cas riding around in the Impala with the boys in season 7.

That's not Cas, and all Cas has known is to be an angel. If he were human, he would be unhappy. I mean we already got a taste of humanCas in season 5, and he was miserable.

I love BADASSANGEL!CAS. I don't want any other. At this point, with the way Dean and others treat him, I either want him to go back to heaven or die. Let's face it. They haven't known what to do with Cas since season 5. They're messing up an awesome character. Kripke should just write a show for Misha. IDK anymore.

I actually pained me to watch the show, you I was like awww bb dont worry, Dean will save us and you can get your wings un clipped. :D But what really again made me, to never have human!cas was the future version of him(thou now it would totally be different since they stopped lusie.) I still really hated it. I think I have to agree, again Cas isnt Cas if he isnt human! I just feel it ruins him as a character!

I agree about HumanCas. The futureCas and then just when Cas fell and didn't have his powers. He hated being human. You could tell he was completely miserable.

I love his shadow wings. XD

I don't like how Dean has treated him. I talked about it in this post: http://queen125.livejournal.com/59575.html#cutid1 because I was tring to rationalize his behavior. I understand it now, but I still don't like it. Cas doesn't deserve it.

I think Cas will make the ultimate sacrifice and die.(They are going to bring him back because of Cas's fanbase. We would riot. LOL)

I am also really upset at how easily they turned on him. I don't understand how they don't realize that Cas isn't selfish and he only ever does anything for them (mostly Dean).

Eh, but think about it from Sam's perspective. Imagine losing your soul, and having to deal with the consequences, the guilt--just look at "Unforgiven." And then imagine learning that someone you considered a friend, whom you'd die for (as he said in this epp, awww), was the one responsible for this, and that he's been lying to you all this time, and has been concerned with souls--wouldn't you be just a bit suspicious as well? Cas was lying about so much, how can he or Dean be sure he wasn't lying about this as well? I can totally see where Sam was coming from, and Dean, at least besides the killing part--but I think they are right as well, it could spell disaster for the world as much as the apocalypse, and apocalypse of a different, monster kind, if they open the gates into purgatory. I think it's just a mess for all of them right now. And Cas could have explained himself better...unlike us, Sam and Dean didn't get the benefit of this whole expository prayer to God we just saw that tells Cas' side of the story!

And wait, is this human!Cas thing a spoiler?! :o IDK, I used to want human!Cas in season 5, because his story seemed to be going in that direction and it'd be interesting, seeing him adjust to humanity and be a hunter, and I need to have Cas still on the show, I can't bear the thought of a season without MC...but on the other hand I think Cas would be so unhappy as a human, look at how depressed and useless he felt at the end of last season, so I'd feel so sorry for him and think he'd prefer death...:( IDK, but I'm worried about Cas now, might be time to break out the prayer circle icon...

I did like the epp though, besides the cheesy elements...(just watched it and posted my own thoughts on my journal!)

I didn't say Dean and Sam didn't have a right to be angry with Cas for lying to them. They should be upset. Cas should've told them what was going on from the beginning.

But, let's be honest. It's not like Dean and Sam ever gave Cas a chance to explain about anything. They've been ignoring him and only calling him down when they wanted him to do something. Contrary to what Dean and Sam said, they haven't been acting like family towards Cas. They've been treating him like crap and ignoring the heavenly civil war, because they didn't care.

If I remember correctly, Cas didn't know Sam came back without a soul until it was too late. He said something about being prideful and thinking he could do it on his own. Cas deinfitely should've told them that he was the one who did it, but it was an accident.

I find it hard to believe that Cas would raise Sam souless on purpose. You'd think he'd risk messing with Sam and feeling Dean's wrath. That's one person you don't fuck with. Dean will kill you for it.

So, I have no idea what's going to happen.

I don't want humanCas either. He would be so unhappy. I also love Misha Collins, but the way they've been treating his character. IDK

I'm at the point, where Cas can either go back to heaven (after winnning) or die because Cas deserves better. They haven't really known what to do with his character in a long time. If they make him evil, I won't even know what to do anymore.
