queen125: (Can I help You? Dean)

When I first signed up for this, I wasn’t sure what to write about, but then it came to me. I’ll talk about that’s really close to my heart, television and anime, and other stuff. Frankly, I’m tired of talking about my personal life.

For right now, let’s just focus on television for right now. How about one of the best shows on television right now, Supernatural, of course. I mean come on; it’s something different and exciting.

It’s a horror movie every week. I pretty much grew up on horror movies. I remember watching Freddy Krueger and Jason Vorhees, when I was just a little kid in elementary school, except Leprechaun really freaks me out, now. I don’t know why. Well, he is really creepy, so don’t judge me.

Anyway, I love Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki. I think they are great actors. I really think that they are overlooked a lot. Credit needs to go where it is due. They do such a great job.

It doesn’t hurt that they are both completely hot. I love them.

I honestly just recently really got into the show. I sort of missed like the first and second season. I only saw a handful of episodes from each season. I saw a couple of episodes from the third season, too.

I think it was when they were airing old episodes from the fourth season that I really started to get back in it. I live in the U.S. It seemed like there was something weird going on with the scheduling times. A few new episodes here and then some re-runs here.

I’m sort of glad it did because it gave me time to get into the series more. I went out and got the first season and second season. I pretty much watched it nonstop.

Can I just say WOW? After I finished watching, I couldn’t believe I had missed out on such a great show. Now, I am fully up to speed. Cause after that, I went and got the third season.

I pretty much missed a lot of the fourth season, so I can’t wait for the DVD release. I did see the last couple of episodes of the fourth season.

So I do know about Castiel. I also love Misha Collins. I’m so glad he’s going to become a season regular next year. Talk about another great actor being added to the mix. That episode, when he turned back to Jimmy Novak and then to Castiel, really just showed what a great actor he is.

Can I just mention some of the female characters because for some reason people don’t like them, especially the female fans, which I find very funny.

I mean I’m a female fan, too, but the characters weren’t all bad. My personal favorite was Ruby, well the Katie Cassidy version. I was real upset, when they got somebody else to play her part in the fourth season. I just think Katie Cassidy did a better job of being Ruby.

Spoiler: I knew she(Ruby) was up to no good from the beginning.

I liked Jessica, so sad when she died. I liked Madison, also. I mean she was a werewolf, so cool.

The female characters I didn’t like were Jo and Bella.

I really just wanted to punch Bella in the face. She was always causing the Winchester boys trouble.

I’m not sure if I should talk about all the crap she pulled. I don’t want to spoil it, if you haven’t seen the third season. I really didn’t like her. I felt bad for her in the end, but it was her own fault. Dean and Sam would’ve just helped her, if she asked.

Then there’s Jo. At first I thought she was cool, but then I really didn’t like her. When they were trying to put her with Dean, I wanted to scream at the television.

She’s like a little girl trying to act tough. She just did not seem to fit in with Dean or anything else. I don’t know. She just irked me.

Was she just a little bit annoying or was that just me? I also have a conspiracy theory about her, which I’ll save for another post because I want to go into detail about it. It’s just a theory though.

I did like her mother though. Ellen was great; I say she was a great part of the show.

Not all the female characters were bad. It’s unfortunate that most of them are dead on the show. Oh well, doesn’t really matter.

I could watch Jared and Jensen just standing there, and I’d be satisfied. Although, I’d probably get bored after a while.

I have to say. The truth is I think Supernatural is one of those shows that is on its way to becoming a classic. That’s just my opinion.

Who knows? What 10 -20 years from now, it’ll be a cult classic.

Then studio execs will want to remake it and make a crappy version that’s nowhere near the original. You know this does happen.

I hope you enjoyed my little rant, if anybody even reads my page, which I doubt.
